Bespoke Wedding & Event Flowers
Weddings consultation fee £20.00 to be paid at time of booking appointment, on acceptance of quote the £20.00 will be deducted from the deposit. This covers initial consultation and all other consultations required up until your wedding date.
Payment Terms
£100.00 Deposit will be required on acceptance of quote and booking however £80.00 deposit if Consultation Fee has been paid. NB: Deposit is non-refundable. Full balance due two weeks before wedding date. Methods of payment: Cash, Card, Cheque or by BACS.
Cancellation
If the order is cancelled before the balance due date then the balance is not required however should the order be cancelled on the balance due date or thereafter then full balance will still be payable.
Quotations are valid for 30 Days from date of quotation and can be subject to change dependant on availability of flowers and flower price changes.
Wedding Flower Packages
Payment Terms
50% Deposit required at point of ordering or booking one of our Bridal Party or Wedding Flower Packages and Balance is Required a Month Before Wedding Date.
Deposits are non-refundable, however should the wedding be cancelled; a months notice will be required prior to balance due date & two months before the wedding. Deposits can be paid by Cash, Debit/ Credit Card, BACS or Cheque with Cheque Guarantee Card.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be notified to Girl Flower in writing and addressed to Clare Steward or emailed to clare@girlflower.co.uk with a read receipt .
Postponements of Weddings; should the Wedding require postponing for any unforeseen reason, this should also be notified to Girl Flower in writing as above to reorganise an alternative date. However Girl Flower reserve the right to rebook if another Wedding is already booked on required alternative date to ensure they are able to provide a full service to that customer.
Corporate Contracts & Accounts
Payment Terms
First weeks payment will be payable in advance by proforma invoice and thereafter you will be invoiced weekly. Invoices will be payable within 7 days from date on invoice. Methods of payment: Cash, Card, Cheque or by BACS.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel the agreement/ account Girl Flower will require fourteen days notice and all outstanding invoices will be immediately payable.
