Retail Assistant Required
We are currently looking for a friendly, confident and customer service experienced individual to join our team. Duties will include greeting customers with a friendly face, taking and advising on flower orders generated by passing trade, online shop & Interflora orders. You will also be required to answer the phone and deal with general enuiries and taking phone orders so an excellent telephone manner is important. Processing payments using EPOS, sending receipts & order filing. Conditioning of flowers and changing buckets maybe required, along with other duties to assist our busy floral designers. Full training will be provided on inhouse systems and processes. Even though not essential Florist Retail Experience would be an advantage.
